OUR PASSION

We both grew up in deprived areas of Greater Manchester and were the first in our families to go on to Further & Higher Education, which opened up opportunities for us both to enjoy exciting corporate careers in STEM organisations, rising to senior leadership positions over the course of 20+ years.

We both suffered imposter syndrome at pivotal points in our careers and it was only when we reached senior roles that we had access to transformational executive coaching. Coaching enabled us both to thrive in senior corporate roles and to find our true purpose in life: coaching others who are less fortunate.

Laura Stringer and Christine Edge

OUR PURPOSE

Our shared purpose is to make coaching accessible to disadvantaged groups, especially young girls and those with challenging home situations and special educational needs. As parents of both boys and girls, and with our corporate experience in developing inclusive behaviours across cultures, we recognise that both girls and boys need to develop soft skills to create a more equitable future for all.

By investing in these skills at a young age, young people have the capacity to make a huge difference in their local communities and the wider world.
